The 10th annual Groundhog Day International Trade Forecast Breakfast will take place at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 27 in the Science and Advanced Technology Center of Kent State University Tuscarawas, 330 University Drive NE, New Philadelphia.The presenter will be Michael Weidokal, of International Strategic Analysis.
