Startups face a number of legal issues and questions, but there is no reason to go it alone. Business structure, legal compliance, contract law, other decisions should not be a matter of guesswork. So, join us for this free law clinic for startups and other relatively new businesses. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. There is no charge to participate, but preregistration is required.

Attorney Jack Stewart will help you to understand the need to comply with legal requirements for the life of the business, from day-one through exit or sale of the business. Jack is not only an attorney, but also a CPA and financial planner. And he is a small business person himself. So, he knows a lot when it comes to starting and running a small business.

Participants will be given the option of attending in person, or joining us online. For those attending in-person, we will serve pizza and drinks immediately after the session. Those attending online will be emailed the meeting link during the week prior to the event. All participants will have the opportunity to schedule an individual follow up meeting with Mr. Stewart, at no charge.
