• Who will be your buyer or the next generation of owners?
• What is the valuation of your business?
• What resources are available for family businesses?
• What are the legal and tax consequences you should be aware of?
• What timetable makes sense for succession planning?

The presenters are Bob Cohen of the Braintree Business Development Center, Ed Klesack, a registered financial consultant, and Attorney Jack Stewart, who is also a CPA, estate planner, and a small business person himself.
